Why we selected Villa Nai 3.3

Villa Nai 3.3 opened in the summer of 2021 in a century-old organic olive grove above the sea near the village of Žman. The Croatian architect Nikola Bašić dug the hotel into the hillside beneath the grove, and its low walls are built of stone quarried on the estate, so that from the water it almost disappears.

The rooms follow the idea of a “landlocked yacht”, each a cabin looking onto the olives or the sea. The estate's century-old mill still presses the house oil, Nai 3.3, after which the hotel is named.

It is the only hotel in Croatia with three MICHELIN Keys, awarded in 2025 and kept in 2026, a few minutes from Telašćica Nature Park and close to the Kornati islands.
