We bring together the palace hotels, the great yachts, the finest tables and the most remarkable homes, from Portugal to Cyprus, and beyond the coast into the Alps. Every list is checked by hand, and a place on our editorial lists cannot be bought.
Many of the most significant property buyers first arrive as guests. We present the Mediterranean to them as travellers. On every Territory and country page they find the agencies, developers and resorts that will become their own, and contact them directly.
Visitors are measured independently with Google Analytics. Current figures are shared with every prospective partner on request.

Each of the 59 Territories has three places for Founding Partner Agencies and three for Founding Partner Developers. Once three partners have joined a Territory, it is closed.

The fee is flat, paid in advance, and never depends on enquiries, clicks or sales. TheMediterranean.com is an advertising and media platform, not a real estate broker, agent or finder.
Joining or renewing, the rate of the current year. Paid in full, once a year, by bank wire.
Renewal is due at the end of each year, with a 15-day grace period.

A portion of our advertising revenue is returned to TheMediterranean.com, to refine it, enrich it and carry it further each year. A finer gateway draws more travellers, more buyers and more investment to the coast, to the benefit of every partner and of the region's economy as a whole.

Once your payment has arrived, we build your page in our house style, from your application and photographs.
We send you a private preview of your page, for any corrections, before it goes live.
Your page is published with your Golden Badge, and buyers begin to come to you directly.
