These are the branded residences and new developments we rate most highly that are selling or taking enquiries now, west to east, from the Atlantic coast of Portugal to Marrakech. Each shows its place, its brand or developer and one line on why it stands out.

Sold-out projects are not listed; Mareterra in Monaco and the first phase of The Ellinikon in Athens appear among the great projects. Availability changes quickly: a link appears only where we have confirmed the official site, and every enquiry should go to the developer or its appointed agent.
