Saint Roch reopens on the Bellecôte piste

Published

Courchevel 1850 has a new name to know this winter. Le Saint Roch, at the foot of the Bellecôte piste and a short walk from the village, reopens in December 2026 after a complete renovation as Saint Roch, the fifth French address of Maisons Pariente and its second in the French Alps, after Le Coucou in Méribel. For ski holidays in Courchevel, it opens straight onto Les 3 Vallées.

There are 37 rooms and suites, up to two Prestige Suites on the fifth floor that join three further rooms to form a Penthouse. The architecture is by Virginie Friedmann and Delphine Versace, with agate stained glass by Atelier Toporkoff and mosaics by Pierre Mesguich, and the spa, inspired by the hammam, has an indoor pool and treatments by Tata Harper.

The family collection is the one behind Lou Pinet in Saint-Tropez, Crillon le Brave in Provence and Le Grand Mazarin in Paris. Among the five-star hotels of the French Alps, Saint Roch is about ninety minutes from Geneva by road, or a short helicopter transfer to the Courchevel Altiport: a fine reason for Europe in winter.
